Cemetery upkeep is in need of improvement

We just left the Zoar cemetery.
What an atrocious scene! The cemetery is not being taken care and the weeds are literally taking over.
The headstones are barely visible, even when walking through. Every year, there are volunteers sitting in lawn chairs awaiting contributions for the upkeep.
Every year, we leave at least a $20 or more donation for upkeep. This year, we chose not to leave a donation, due to the non-upkeep. What a pathetic way to honor people’s loved one’s.
My mother is in her 80s and has very few living relatives left in the Ironton area. We come twice yearly to decorate her family’s gravesite.
We travel approximately 2 1/2 hours, which makes it pretty much impossible for us to maintain the gravesites. The looks of this cemetery is simply an abomination!
