James Bloomfield
Oct. 14, 1954 — March 10, 2018
James Lloyd Bloomfield, 63, of Ironton, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Community Hospice in Ashland, Kentucky.
Jim was a Lawrence County native, born October 14, 1954, a son to the late Harvey and Anna (Woods) Bloomfield. Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Debra “Addis” Bloomfield, who passed away in February 2005.
Jim was a 1972 graduate of Oak Hill High School. Jim went on to work as a tanker man at Marathon Petroleum in Ashland. He was of the Baptist faith. He was also a member of the Mason Lodge.
Jim is survived by two daughters, Anna Bloomfield and Julie Bloomfield, both of Ironton; two brothers, Virgil (Martha) Bloomfield, of Manchester, and Clyde (Alice) Norton; a sister, Rita (Dale) Waugh, of Pedro; a brother in-law, Darrell Davis, of Ironton; and four grandchildren, Blake Owens, Savanah Owens, Alex Owens and Carli Spears, all of Ironton.
In addition to his parents and wife, Jim was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Blevins and Maggie Davis; six brothers, Arnold Bloomfield, Wendall Bloomfield, Sherman Bloomfield, Harvey Bloomfield, Jr., David Bloomfield and Joseph Bloomfield.
A Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Tracy Brammer Monroe Funeral Home, 518 S. 6th St., Ironton, with Bro. John Pemberton officiating, along with the Masonic rites. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Connie Russell
May 21, 1961 — March 7, 2018
Connie Jo Aldridge Russell, 56, of South Point, passed away with her loving husband by her side Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in the Kobacker Hospice House, in Columbus.
Connie was born May 21, 1961, in Ironton, a daughter to Pauline Walizer Aldridge and the late Lawrence Aldridge. She is survived by her husband, Michael “Pete” Russell.
Connie was a graduate of Ironton High School. She was a housekeeper for Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital and was of the Apostolic faith. Connie enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Aldridge, Jr.
In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by two daughters, Stacy Bordelon, of Bellefonte, Kentucky; and Angel Bordelon, of Ironton; a granddaughter, Tabitha Terry, of Franklin Furnace; a grandson; Jayden Terry, of Franklin Furnace, two brothers, Mike Aldridge, of Ironton, and Ronnie Aldridge, of Waverly.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. 7th St., Ironton, with Rev. Jim Lee Cremeans officiating. Burial will follow in Hanging Rock Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Tuesday until time of the service at the funeral home.

David Lee Runnels, 72, of Ironton, died Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.

David Salyers Sr., 51, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, formerly of Ashland, Kentucky, died March 6, 2018 at Park View Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Tami Jo Hord, 60, of Ironton, died Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Zoar Cemetery in Coal Grove. Roberta Sheets Fulks, 86, of Proctorville, died Friday, March 9, 2018 at home. She is survived by her husband, Curtis Fulks.
Funeral service will be conducted 4:30 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.
Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery in Proctorville.
