Harvest for the Hungry auction this Saturday

Harvest for the Hungry is having a dinner and silent auction on Saturday.
The event will start at 5:30 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene located on the corner of 4th and Pleasant streets in Ironton.
Ticket prices are $15 per person.
Dinner will be catered by Joy Coffman and will be baked steak, baked potato, green beans, garden salad, dessert, and drinks.
There will be entertainment during dinner and the silent auction will start at 7 p.m.
Some of the items up for auction include Cincinnati Reds tickets, a weekend stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Ironton, a two-night stay at Dale Hollow Kentucky, two tickets to the
Temptations Review, presented by the Paramount Theater, a framed print, an autographed script to the CBS series “Extant,” passes to Preferred Fitness, an emergency road kit, an Ohio State Poster, an Ironton stoneware pitcher, an electric decorative lamp, an Ironton Tigers baseball cap, and a gift certificate for Allyn’s Jewelers.
There are also many gift cards to restaurants such as Peddler’s, The Depot, Giovannis of Ironton and Coal Grove, Rax, Long John Silvers, Marco’s Pizza, Pizza Hut, and more.
All proceeds will benefit Harvest for the Hungry Food Pantry.
Tickets can be purchased from Bonnie Collinsworth, Lois Terkhorn, Jeri Kavanaugh, Peggy Hartwig, Diane Porter, Cecil Cline, at the pantry on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until noon, or
Nancy’s Nook on Thursday or Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
