HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — John Franklin Yates, 64, of Huntington, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010. Funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home with  Pastor Ronnie Tyree officiating.
