Cases involving drugs and community controlled sanctions violations filled the Lawrence County Municipal Court docket Wednesday.

• Keith Lanning, 42, of 1314 S. Eighth St., Ironton, admitted to community controlled sanctions violations. Judge Richard Walton ordered him to complete six months at Mended Reeds with six months reserved.

• Anna C. Dillon, 67, of 154 Township Road 110, Proctorville, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary. Judge Walton sentenced her to four years in prison plus court costs.

• Brandi N. McMaster, 33, of 167 Township Road 1007, Chesapeake, received treatment in lieu of conviction from Judge Walton. No felony charges were filed.

• Jeffrey A. Moore II, 32, of 45 Township Road 1210, Proctorville, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug abuse instruments. Judge Walton sentenced him to four years community controlled sanctions with intensive supervised probation with 11 months reserved and 200 hours of community service.

• Marci Peters, 39, of 1314 S. Eighth St., Ironton, pleaded guilty to community controlled sanctions violations. Judge Walton set sentencing for Nov. 2.

• Michael J. Sizemore, 28, of 1312 S. Fourth St., Ironton, denied community controlled sanctions violations. Judge Walton set trial for Nov. 2.

• Andrew L. Thompson, 33, of 187 Township Road 1301, Chesapeake, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor. Judge Charles Cooper sentenced him to four years community controlled sanctions with intensive supervised probation with 11 months reserved, three consecutive days in the Lawrence County Jail or three consecutive days of driver’s training, a $750 fine and a one year driver’s license suspension.

• Jackie Jackson, 38, of 979 Township Road 153, Waterloo, pleaded guilty to third-degree complicity to escape and fifth-degree obstruction of justice. Judge Cooper set sentencing for Oct. 26.

• John Keeney, 42, of 47 Township Road 1152, Proctorville, pleaded guilty to four third-degree counts of abduction and one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. Judge Cooper sentenced him to two years in prison for each count of abduction and six months in the Lawrence County Jail for the misdemeanor to be run concurrently, making a total of two years in prison.

• Kayla Plumley, 23, of 780 Boggs Road, Glenwood, West Virginia, pleaded not guilty to fifth-degree possession of heroin and possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor. Judge Cooper set pre-trial for Nov. 2.
