Feb. 19, 1948—Aug. 11, 2016

Jennifer “Sue” Pyles, 68, of Ironton, Ohio,  passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, at her residence. The Lawrence County native was born Feb. 19, 1948, a daughter of the late Leslie Allen and Rose (Savary) Pyles.

Ms. Pyles was a graduate of Dawson-Bryant High School and was also a committed teacher at Dawson Bryant. Sue loved all of the  kids that she had the honor and privilege of working with at Dawson-Bryant. Ms. Pyles also enjoyed worshiping her Lord and Savior.

She is survived by two brothers, Bob (Elaine) Pyles and  Kenny (Teresa) Pyles both of Ironton; special friend, Rosie Schwartzwelder; and survived by many nieces and nephews.

Gloria Galloway

Gloria Lee Galloway, 72, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Galloway.

Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Sheila Wall

Sheila Renee Wall, 48, of Scottown died Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. She is survived by her husband, Michael Wall. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

 

 

 

Daniel Martin

Daniel Martin, 68, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, at King’s Daughters Medical Center.

Funeral will be at noon Monday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Father John Dixon. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Beech Grove Cemetery, Pomeroy. Visitation will be an hour before service at the funeral home.
