Gary Price

Gary Eugene Price, 86, of Lucasville resident, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016 at Valley View Care Center. Born May 12, 1930 in Lawrence County, a son of the late James and Bessie Bostick Price, he was head of the SCJVS Adult Education, a member of Emanuel United Methodist Church in Lucasville and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Carpenters Union Local, Lucasville Masonic Lodge No. 465, El Hasa Shrine in West Portsmouth and was a 32° Scottish Rite.

He is survived by two sons, Gary R. Price and Michael (Jackie) Price, both of Lucasville; three grandchildren, Cheryl Marie Rosier of Wheelersburg, Brooklyn Price, Allison Price, of Lucasville and two great grandchildren, Gavin and Conner Rosier of Wheelersburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Wilson Price; six brothers, Gordon, George, Charles, Jim, Jack and Archie Price and four sisters, Dorlene Wonn, Lucille Savy, Leota Price and June Drummond.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.

 

 

Phyllis Bellew

Phyllis Bellew, 86 of Huntington, died Saturday, July 30, 2016. Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Tuesday with service at 2 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.
