Unauthorized use of vehicle — A private drive in South Point, June 11, man alleged son took his car without permission and wrecked it in a creek; negative contact with suspect.

Burglary, assault — 100 block Township Road 84 S., Union Township, June 11, man alleged man staying at house next door came into his home and hit him in the head with a running weed eater; negative contact with suspect.

Domestic violence — 80 block Township Road 308, Ironton, June 11, woman alleged boyfriend hit her in the head, grabbed her by the neck and bit her hand; negative contact with suspect.

Theft — 1400 block County Road 181, Ironton, June 11, ATV stolen.

Auto theft — 300 block County Road 70, Rome Township, June 11, 2004 Chevy Cavalier and cell phone stolen.

Felonious assault — 200 block Township Road 1186, South Point, June 11, juvenile reported being attacked by two unknown males; another man reported trying to help get the suspects off juvenile; two victims taken to hospital and treated for injuries.

Petty theft — Wal-Mart, South Point, June 12, man allegedly attempted to steal package of women’s underwear; Jonathon Henderson, 27, of 4825 Route 10, Huntington, arrested.

Domestic violence — 4900 block County Road 29, Aid Township, June 9, woman alleged estranged husband kicked in her door during an argument and threatened to kill her and her children; Hershel Pancake, 41, of 861 County Road 5, arrested.

Petty theft — 1500 block County Road 22, Ironton, June 8, $850 taken from residence; suspect named.

Rape — 400 block Second Ave., Chesapeake, June 10, woman reported her 10-year-old daughter was raped by a family member; child alleged she had been raped by the family member since she was 3 years old.
