ROME TOWNSHIP — A winter bazaar is scheduled for Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at The Wyngate at RiversEdge.

A number of vendors, mostly local, will sell homemade items, such as crafts, blankets and jewelry. Food vendors will also be on site.

Julie Poff, activities manager for the facility, said the event is to draw the community in to the Wyngate.

“We want people to come into the building and see it,” she said.

The Wyngate at RiversEdge is a senior living facility, owned by Chancellor Senior Management, which manages a number of facilities in Ohio and West Virginia, including the Wyngate Senior Living Community in Barboursville, West Virginia.
