Dress for Success® River Cities will host the fifth annual “Among Friends at Savannah’s: A Wine Tasting to Benefit Dress

for Success River Cities” will take place on Friday at Savannah’s Restaurant, 1208 Sixth Ave., Huntington, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The evening will feature a selection of exquisite wines and hors d’oeuvres for guests’ enjoyment and a silent auction.

“In all the busyness of life, the Among Friends at Savannah’s wine tasting gives friends and colleagues a minute to slow down, catch up, and enjoy great food and wine while knowing that they are raising money for a wonderful cause,” Anna Lafferre, Dress for Success board member, said. “You might think you are just buying an event ticket, but what you are really doing is helping a woman who is down on her luck get the right clothes and encouragement she needs to go on a job interview and land a job, which will change her life.”
