CATLETTSBURG, Ky. — Marsha L. Huston, 65, of Catlettsburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008, at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.
She was born July 1, 1943 in Colorado Springs, Colo., a daughter of the late Winston Harrison and Jewell Davis Dean Wall. She retired from U.S. S. Chemical in Haverhill, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Paul Wall and two brothers-in-law, P. R. Huston and Mike Huston.
Survivors include her husband, Sam S. Huston; three daughters, Valerie Crisp of Rush, Ky., Mindy Huston of Olive Hill, Ky., and Angie Wright of Port Orange, Fla.; two sons, Andy Huston of Tampa, Fla., and Adam Huston of Olive Hill; six grandchildren, Candace Jones, Jessica Huston, Ryan Huston, Matthew Wright, Emily Wright and Sara Wright; a sister, Brenda Barber, of Springfield, Ohio; a brother, Corbet Harrison of Middletown, Ohio; a brother-in-law, Joe Huston of Ashland; two sisters-in-law, Carol Huston of Flatwoods and Claudia Huston of Chicago, Ill.; many nieces and nephews, special friends and her faithful dog, Alvin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry Dean and Rudy Dunnigan officiating. Entombment will follow at Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum. The family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
