Vickie Rayburn Wallace, 50, of Flatwoods, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008, at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Carman Funeral Home in Russell. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
