PROCTORVILLE — As part of its community education program, Ohio University Southern’s Proctorville Center is offering a free seminar on the benefits of the Paleo Diet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23.
Featured speaker Dr. Jane Kurucz will provide information about the Paleo Diet, which is based upon modern everyday foods that mimic the food groups of our preagricultural, hunter-gatherer ancestors and are believed to help optimize overall health, minimize the risk of chronic disease and support weight loss.
