This Tuesday’s summer concert at the Farmers Market venue in downtown Ironton will feature the husband-and-wife duo Wiley Dew.

Wiley Dew was formed in 1998 by Karen and Steve Byington and Karen is a direct descendent of Jenny Wiley. Her alto voice has been described as beautiful and silky especially when paired with Steve’s mandolin.

They group writes and performs its own songs as well as a wide variety of musical genres from Appalachian folk, bluegrass, country and others.

The two-hour free outdoor concert starts at 6 p.m. and is the last scheduled concert of the season.
