Breaking and entering, vandalism, petty theft, disrupting public service — 10000 block State Route 217, Scottown, June 27, 150 feet of copper wire taken from Buckeye Rural Electric substation; 1,352 customers without power.

Petty theft — 400 block Township Road 1135, Proctorville, June 27, purse taken from car.

Manufacturing illegal drugs, resisting arrest, vandalism, aggravated assault on a peace officer — Meade Street and State Route 7, Proctorville, June 28, two suspects found in abandoned school allegedly making meth in soda bottles; male suspect allegedly kicked deputy in chest and stomach after being placed in cruiser; Eric Fuller, 22, of 14460 State Route 7, and Michelle Nichols, 35, of 14508 State Route 7, arrested.

Domestic violence, resisting arrest — Lawrence Village Apartments, South Point, June 30, deputy called to respond to domestic dispute chases male suspect; woman alleged live-in boyfriend assaulted her; Gregory Carlton, 28, of the same address, arrested.

Petty theft — Pine Tree Carry Out, State Route 93, Pedro, June 26, man allegedly stole case of beer; Randall Adkins, 55, of 301 W. Superior St., Fort Wayne, Ind., arrested.

Theft — 50 block Township Road 1310, Proctorville, June 25, firearm, stun gun and cash taken from vehicle.

Petty theft — 200 block Township Road 303, Proctorville, June 26, laptop taken from residence.
