NOLA SIZEMORE

Nola Mae Sizemore, 70, of Ironton, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at a local health care center.
The Lawrence County native was born Sept. 14, 1938, the daughter of the late Edgar Ray and Rosetta Kidd Sizemore.
Miss Sizemore was a 1955 graduate of Rock Hill High School and a member of the Royersville Missionary Baptist Church. She was a former housekeeper for 20 years for several different people and a member of the Red Hat Society Club at Jo Lin Health Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Ginger Richardson, Sharon Smith and Jean Vencill.
She is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Racine Sizemore of Ironton; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Gail and Franklin Barnhart of Pedro and Joyce Kelley of Hecla; nieces and nephews, Frank Barnhart, Bobby and Jane Barnhart, Scott and Kim Kelley, Lisa and Curtis Jenkins, Kathy Miller, Jimmy and Kathy Jo Smith and Kelli Jackson; great nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Jaclyn and Logan Barnhart, Danielle Kelley, Emily and Sara Jenkins, Mark and Benjamin Miller, and Airabella Jackson.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home with the Revs. Roger Colegrove and Billy Markins officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrence Furnace Cemetery.
