WESTWOOD, Ky. — James Earl Watts, Sr., 83, of Westwood, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was the husband of Anna Lee Johnson Watts, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Preston Family Funeral Home, Ashland, Ky., with Pastor Perry Young officiating. Burial will follow in Dixon Cemetery with military rites by Ironton VFW Post 8850.
