Petty theft — Walmart, South Point, May 1, man allegedly left store without paying for items; Michael Wilson Jr., 33, of 7089 County Road 15, Chesapeake, arrested.

Domestic violence — 600 block County Road 130A, Chesapeake, May 1, woman alleged stepfather threatened to kill her and threw items around the house; Timothy Eastham, 45, of the same address, arrested.

Domestic violence — 800 block Township Road 1233, Proctorville, May 1, man alleged wife scratched his face during an argument and ripped his shirt; Bobbie Stymiest, of the same address, arrested.

Manufacture/cultivate illegal drugs, tampering with evidence, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia — Walmart, South Point, May 2, deputy responded to a call of people injecting themselves with drugs in parking lot; suspects allegedly bought Sudafed and lithium batteries; one suspect flushed his Sudafed down the toilet in the store; Mica Counts, 36, of 597 Dehart Lane, Olive Hill, Ky.; Shade Sigmon, 38, of 2765 Horton Flat Road, Olive Hill, Ky.; and James Barker, 33, of 8350 Grahn Road, Olive Hill, Ky., arrested.

Breaking and entering — Montroso’s Storage, Proctorville, May 4, storage unit broken into; containers of DVDs and videotapes taken.

Theft — County Road 193 W., Oak Hill, May 4, truck broken into; handgun, GPS, tools, money and DVDs taken.

Petty theft — 800 block Township Road 1378, Chesapeake, May 5, jewelry taken from residence.

Breaking and entering — CAO work farm, 1400 block County Road 1A, Ironton, May 5, storage barn broken into; weedeaters taken; suspect named.

Domestic violence — Private drive in Ironton, May 3, woman alleged live-in boyfriend became violent, grabbing her hair and throwing her on the floor and allegedly hit her in the head with a window pane; negative contact with suspect.

Theft — 1000 block County Road 1, South Point, May 4, license plate taken from vehicle.

Criminal damaging — Tri-State Gulf Range, Proctorville, May 4, plumbing, sink and walls damaged in restroom.
