PROCTORVILLE — Proctorville will be having a village sale on Saturday. The sale begins at 8 a.m. and Mayor Rick Dunfee encourages everyone to participate either as a retailer or a consumer.

“Everyone is welcome,” Dunfee said. “We would like to see everyone come out and set up a sale or just browse about the different sales.”

The various sales throughout the village gives residents a chance to make some cash, or simply clear some space out of their homes. But, Dunfee hopes more than anything it will attract people to the village.

“We hope it brings out a crowd,” Dunfee said. “Just getting people into our village to look around and see what we have to offer.”

The community sale will begin at 8 a.m. and last until sometime in the afternoon.
