PROCTORVILLE — Robert “Danny” Collins, 52, of Proctorville, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, at home. He was the husband of Kandy Collins, who survives. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.
