Gilbert Waggoner

Gilbert Waggoner, 85, of Coal Grove, died on Tuesday Nov. 19, 2013, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. He was the husband of Carolyn Waggoner, who survives. Arrangements are incomplete at O’Keefe Baker Funeral Home.

Charles Lamont Linthicum, 39, of Burlington, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Burlington. Wilber Willis “H.H.” Hoy Jr, 86, of Russell, Ky., died on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Julia Ann Cline, 72, of Youngstown, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Ironton.
