Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Township Road 136N, Ironton, June 12, woman reported her 1988 Ford van was allegedly taken by her boyfriend without permission.
Theft without consent — 600 block Township Road 1775, Ironton, June 13, woman reported money taken from bank account.
Identity fraud — 100 block Township Road 1209, Proctorville, June 17, man alleged his daughter opened a Pottery Barn account in his name and charged more than $2,400.
Burglary — 8400 block State Route 141, Kitts Hill, June 17, flat screen TV taken from residence.
Petty theft — 8100 block County Road 107, Proctorville, June 17, motors, electric fencing taken from barn.
Animal bite — 8300 block County Road 1, South Point, June 18, children services worker allegedly bitten by dog at residence, dog taken by dog warden.
Theft — Private Drive 288, South Point, June 18, temporary West Virginia tag stolen from vehicle in parking lot of Sam’s Club.
Aggravated assault — 500 block Fourth Street West, South Point, June 19, sheriff’s office responded to assault call, victim being treated by Lawrence County EMS and could not respond to questions, suspects named by witness.
Theft — Fairland East Elementary, 10000 block County Road 107, Proctorville, June 14, two weed eaters taken from shed.
Domestic violence — 70 block Township Road 1372, Proctorville, June 16, woman alleged her ex-husband bumped her with his truck twice during a custody argument outside her home, Richard Shepherd, 41, of 8701 County Road 107, Proctorville, arrested.
Assault — 10000 block County Road 1, Chesapeake, June 17, inmate allegedly resisted being put into transport van at Lawrence County Municipal Court, allegedly kicked officer in the knee and ribs.
Domestic violence, disrupting public service — 200 block Township Road 1336, South Point, man alleged his stepson attacked him and broke his cell phone when he tried to call for help, Cameron Jones, 19, of County Road 276N, South Point, arrested.
