Dulyce Kelly, right, and her daughter, Shayla, pick up trash and debris from the banks of the Ohio River in Ironton Saturday during River Sweep 2000. Mrs. Kelly, an Ironton native, was visiting from Florida. Dozens gathered at Center Street landing and at the Symmes Creek Boat Ramp in Chesapeake to spread out along the riverfront for the annual cleanup.
