A Proctorville man will serve four years in prison for burglary.

Blake R. King, 21, of 80 Township Rd. 1205, pleaded guilty to the charge in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court Wednesday and was also sentenced to pay restitution.

In other cases:

Glenda M. Roller, 52, of 1515 S. Fourth St., Ironton, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft and was sentenced to two years of community controlled sanctions and ordered to pay $4,000 in restitution and a $1,000 fine.

Dannie R. Martin, 36, 937 Jackson Ave., Huntington, W.Va., denied he violated the terms of his community-controlled sanctions. Judge Scott Bowling set a CCS trial for Sept. 1.

Sandra Compston, 27, of 210 Township Road. 1061, Proctorville, denied she violated the terms of her community-controlled sanctions.

Bowling set a CCS trial for Sept. 1.

Jesse Lyons, 19, of 629 Eighth St. Apt. D, Ironton, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, endangering children, and possession of drug instruments.

Lyons was sentenced to four years community-controlled sanctions with includes the STAR community justice program and a six-month driver’s license suspension. Lyons was also sentenced to a five-months suspended prison sentence.

George Clutters, 54, of 2426 1/2 S. Fifth St., was re-sentenced to drug counseling. Clutters was originally sentenced to successfully complete the STAR program, but cannot for medical reasons.

Lee L. Woodlee, 37, of 56 Township Rd. 1039, Chesapeake, pleaded not guilty to one count of escape.

Judge Bowling set bond at $50,000 cash or surety and set a pretrial hearing for Sept. 15.

Jessica Stapleton, 20, of 629 S. Eighth St. Apt. 5, Ironton, pleaded guilty to endangering children and aggravated drug possession.

Stapleton was sentenced to four years of community-controlled sanctions and ordered to successfully complete the STAR community justice program.

Glenna J. Boothe, 27, of 651 Township Rd. 2745, Ironton, denied that she violated the terms of her community-controlled sanctions by failing to complete the STAR community justice program. Judge Bowling set a CCS trial date for Sept. 1.

Charles F. Schob II, 40, of 1306 S. Fourth St, Ironton, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated drug trafficking, a fourth-degree felony. Schob was sentenced to nine months in prison with credit for time served.

Johnny Bryant, 65, of 1515 S. Fourth St., Ironton, pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor theft. Bryant was sentenced to a 180 day suspended prison sentence and two years probation.

Tony J. Zeigler, 22. Of 1216 S. Eighth St., Ironton admitted he violated the terms of his community-controlled sanctions and was sentenced to the relapse program at STAR.

Richard J. Farris, 26, of 1078 Township Rd. 309, Chesapeake, admitted his violated the terms of his community-controlled sanctions and sentenced to undergo outpatient drug treatment.
