Janie Robinson of Pedro buys $10 worth of Powerball tickets from Judy Espinoza of Bridge Tobacco in Russell, Ky. Espinoza said some patrons purchased as much as $40 worth of tickets at a time. No winning tickets were sold for the multi-state lottery, which had a jackpot of $193.5 million Wednesday. (See related story below.)
