Workers for Fluor Constructors, the general contractor for Duke/Flour Daniel at the Hanging Rock Energy Facility owned by Duke Energy, North America, set reinforcing steel on a steam turbine generator foundation on one of two Power Block combined cycle plants that are being constructed. Completion for unit one is set for mid-June, 2003. Unit two is expected to follow in early August 2003.
