Domestic violence, assault — 2300 block County Road 30, Kitts Hill, 3 p.m. Wednesday, custody dispute turned violent, officer reported both sides of dispute resorted to mutual combat physically take custody of child, parents of the child, Jacob Morrison, 24, of 2328 County Road 30, Kitts Hill, and Tara Fyffe, 19, of 256 Private Road 688, Kitts Hill, arrested for domestic violence; grandparents of the child, Sherry Welsh, 42, of 256 Private Road 688, Kitts Hill, and Roger Morrison, 48, of 2328 County Road 30, Kitts Hill, issued summons for assault.
Possession of drugs — Collins Career Center, 8:30 a.m. Monday, student allegedly giving or receiving substance to another student, subject in possession of roxycodone, Tyler Simmons, 18, of 83 Township Road 1212, Proctorville, cited to court.
Rape — 1300 block County Road 1A, Ironton, 6 p.m. May 9, 15-year-old boy allegedly raped 13-year-old mentally handicapped girl and sexually assaulted 9-year-old girl, juvenile arrested and taken to the Lawrence County Group Home, officer arranged interviews for victims at Hopes Place.

Trouble — 1700 block Campbell Drive, 12:59 a.m. Tuesday, woman reported nephew is on her porch arguing with his girlfriend, he is allegedly drunk, jail is full.
Tree down — South Fourth Street between Kemp and Mastin, Tuesday.
Accident — 300 block North Fifth Street, 8:49 a.m. Tuesday, fender bender.
Theft — 2400 block South Eighth Street, 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Playstation missing.
Accident — Third Street and Madison, 12:55 p.m., no injuries, citation issued.
DOA — 900 block Center Street, 4:48 p.m. Tuesday.
Domestic — 1500 block South Fourth Street, 6:49 p.m. Tuesday, caller reported neighbors yelling at each other, negative contact.
Loud music — 1700 block Thomas Street, 10:18 p.m. Tuesday, caller reported neighbors playing loud music that vibrates the windows.
People on tracks — Center Street Landing, 12:05 a.m. Wednesday, Norfolk Southern reported a man moved just in time for train to pass, negative contact.
Trouble — South Fifth Street, 1:07 a.m. Wednesday, man alleged wife and her brother chasing him down the street.
Theft — 400 block Buckhorn Street, 11:25 a.m. Wednesday, gun and other items missing from garage.
Accident — Ironton Physical Therapy, 700 block South Third Street, 1:50 p.m. Wednesday, truck hit the building, no injuries.
Shoplifter — Pick N Save, 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, left in grey primer truck, still trying to locate.
Fight — Moose Lodge, 11: 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Misuse of 911 — 4:15 p.m. May 5, man allegedly used 911 system to get officers to police station to pick up his truck from impound, man cited.
Theft — 100 block Main Street, 11 a.m. Tuesday, hospital and nursing home ID badges taken from car.
Domestic violence — 800 block Marion Pike, 9:44 p.m. Monday, woman’s husband allegedly came to the bank and hit her in the face and right arm and tried to make her get money out of bank, Jacob Hankins, 23, arrested.
Hit/Skip — 100 block Patrick Street, 8:20 a.m. May 5.
Breaking and entering, trespassing — 100 block Dillon Street, May 4, home entered through unlocked back door, woman alleged only her husband’s clothes were missing and he is under court order not to enter the home.
Disorderly conduct — Kemp Medical Center, 200 block Carlton Davidson Lane, allegedly intoxicated man yelling and demanding to know where his wife was, Robert Angels, 67, of 1153 Keystone Road, Jackson, arrested.
Theft — All American Storage, Lane Street, May 3, lock broken off storage unit, unknown items missing.
Theft — Family Dollar, Marion Pike, 6:30 p.m. May 1, woman left wallet in store, came back and $150 was missing.
