The City of Ironton offers dumpsters to local businesses that require a larger sanitation pick-up.

In an effort to provide Ironton merchants such services, the sanitation department can provide dumpsters to accommodate local merchants with their sanitation needs at a minimal cost, according to a prepared statement from the mayor’s office.

Organizations like Ironton in Bloom, Solid Waste Management, and the Beautification Project have teamed up with the City of Ironton to help beautify the streets of downtown Ironton and surrounding neighborhoods.

By obtaining dumpster services, merchants not only support the efforts to keep Ironton beautiful, but also help sustain jobs in Ironton thus strengthening our local economy.
