A truck owned by BFI Waste Management of West Virginia overturned on County Road 17

Tuesday afternoon.

Chesapeake firefighters and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the call

Two people were travelling in the vehicle. The driver, whose name was not available from the Patrol as of Wednesday morning,

was transported to Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.The condition of his injuries were not available. The passenger, whose name was also not available, did not seek medical treatment.

According to Trooper W.D. Hunter, the truck veered off the right side of the road where it overturned.
