SCIOTOVILLE - Melissa Knapp knew the East Lady Tartans would be a "Bare," so she was glad to her Green Lady Bobcats "Barely" won.

With the defense limiting East's leading scorer Bridgette Baer to 8 points, Green came away with a 37-31 Southern Ohio Conference win Thursday.

"It's always tough going to East. We always have to battle there," Knapp said. "Our defense did a great job. We held Baer to 8 points and she's a really good player."
