WELLSTON - The Fairland Dragons wrestling team won a triangular meet Wednesday as they beat Wellston and Zane Trace.

Fairland topped Wellston 50-21 and downed Zane Trace 44-24.

The Dragons unbeaten winners were:

103 pounds – Chuck Wentz 2-0; 112 – Dave Goodall 2-0; 119 – Justin Hayes 2-0; 125 – Michael Evans 2-0; 135 – Cameron Clark 2-0; 160 – Jeremy Thomas 2-0; 171 – Tyler Grimmett and Tim Layne 1-0; 189 – Michael Blatt 1-0; 215 – Daniel Cardwell 2-0 and Joe Whitley 1-0; Heavyweight – Chad Kilgore 2-0 and Michael Beckett 1-0.

Fairland, 7-1 in dual meets, wrestles at Johnson Central, Ky., in a 10-team tournament.
