CHESAPEAKE — Two Lawrence County men are in jail in connection with break-ins at Monty’s Pizza in Chesapeake and the Ohio Valley Landfill.

Julian Russell, 31, of Chesapeake, and Billy Wiles, 23, of Crown City, were arrested Friday following an investigation by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Both men were charged with two counts of breaking and entering and two counts of tampering with evidence, according to a release from Sheriff Jeff Lawless.

Wiles is in the Gallia County Jail on an unrelated warrant and Russell is in the Lawrence County Jail. Russell will be arraigned in Lawrence County Municipal Court Monday.
