Burglary — 9 a.m. Tuesday, refrigerator, dishwasher, outside air unit, copper taken from vacant house on County Road 107.

Petty Theft — 300 block County Road 32, Chesapeake, Feb. 23, shed broken into, door gone and car stereo gone from shelf.

Petty Theft — Burlington Walmart, 5:04 p.m. Monday, child set iPod down to play arcade game, stolen.

Petty Theft — 500 block County Road 1A, Ironton, 4:04 p.m. Friday, victim stated items from Columbia House charged to his checking account, and other charges found that he did not make.

Theft with out consent — Now Services, 11004 County Road 1, Chesapeake, 1 p.m. Saturday, employee stated unknown subject allegedly stole air conditioner unit from out back of building, driving a maroon Ford Ranger, surveillance video did not show plate number of vehicle.

Theft of certain property — 200 block North Third Street, Jan. 10, woman reported her deceased father’s credit card stolen and used at various locations.

Petty Theft — Burlington Walmart, 7 p.m. Saturday, 17-year-old girl and 18-year-old man allegedly stealing cosmetic items and Star Wars toys, juvenile cited to probate court, Dylan Costinteen, 18, 423 Homestead Place, Huntington, W.Va.. cited to municipal court.

Domestic violence, juvenile offences — 2400 block County Road 12, Proctorville, 9:30 p.m., mother and 16-year-old daughter arguing, daughter allegedly hit mother in face, scratched arm and kicked her in stomach, arrested and taken to group and shelter home.

Drug offenses —1:49 a.m. Sunday, deputy stopped driver for swerving, driver had syringes, burned metal spoon, 91 various pills mixed in bottles, Michael Hey, 31, 1550 County Road 15, South Point, arrested.

Domestic violence — 20 block Private Drive 103, South Point, 9:30 a.m. Sunday, woman alleged husband smacked their 8-month-old baby on the rear for being fussy, threatened to beat her with a belt until she couldn’t sit down, Spencer Baise, 22, 26 Private Drive 103, South Point, arrested.

Domestic violence, assault — 2800 block County Road 6, Rock Camp, 7 p.m. Saturday, woman alleged foster son shoved her, elbowed another person in the face, Cory Williams, 22, 2809 County Road 6 Rock Camp, arrested.

Petty theft — Speedway, 296 County Road 410, South Point, 10:46 p.m. Saturday, Joshua Carter, 29, 2621 Lakeview Drive, Huntington, W.Va., arrested and taken to jail, Kristen Hayes, 23, 23 Culloden Manor, Culloden, W.Va., cited to court.

Domestic violence — 2000 block County Road 35, Chesapeake, 10:30 p.m. Friday, woman alleged live-in boyfriend held her down, hit her in face the elbow, took her keys so she couldn’t leave, David Bertley, 39, 2009 County Road 35, Chesapeake, arrested.

Theft of motor vehicle — 90 block Private Drive 1552, County Road 144, South Point, 11:30 a.m. Feb. 1, man alleged son had been using his car but it is missed now.

 

Coal Grove police

Domestic Violence — High and Argon streets, 4:40 p.m. Monday, mother allegedly trying to restrain 18-year-old daughter, daughter told officer she didn’t want to go with her mother, officer advised mother she could be charged with domestic violence, no charges filed.

Telecom harassment — Feb. 24, mother and daughter alleged harassing texts, Facebook messages and phone calls from a man, man stated they called him as well, no charged filed.
