Sheriff’s office

Aggravated assault, carrying a concealed weapon — Collins Career Center, 9:44 a.m. Feb. 3, student reportedly threatening others with knife, Josh Sparks, 18, 341 County Road 44N, Pedro, arrested and taken to jail.

Breaking and entering, theft — Fluid Component Systems, County Road 120N, South Point, 750 feet of copper wire valued at $5,000 taken, later found at metal recycling center in Huntington, W.Va., suspects named.

Burglary — 3800 block County Road 61, Kitts Hill, 7:13 p.m. Feb. 1 weed eater taken.

Theft — 100 block Township Road 219, Chesapeake, 4:04 p.m. Feb. 3, pistol taken.

Theft — 1300 block County Road 70, Proctorville, 5:05 p.m. Feb. 1, tools taken.

— Craig A. Barker, 52, 1509 S. Fourth St., Ironton, commitment Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Paul R. Blevins, 36, 1567 Castro Road, Franklin Furnace, capias Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— David Daniels, 27, 806 Central Ave., Ashland, Ky., outstanding warrant Friday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

— Zachery T. Ellis, 26, 142 Township Road 286, Chesapeake, outstanding warrant Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Jacob P. Orlando, 22, 805 Montgomery Ave., Ashland, outstanding warrant, falsification, driving under suspension Tuesday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

— Jamie K. Parsons, 31, 1994 County Road 31, Chesapeake, outstanding warrant, falsification, no seat belt Monday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

 

Ironton police

Walk-through — Fuzzy Duck, Center Street Landing, 1:20 a.m. Monday, man sent home in cab to Ashland, Ky., taxi driver later reported man returned to Fuzzy Duck to get vehicle, vehicle located, man taken to police station for BAC test.

Family trouble — 2700 block South Sixth Street, 3 a.m. Monday, man locked out of residence, trying to get back in, Josh Barton, 35, 2702 S. Sixth St., Ironton, arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to jail.

Domestic — 600 block Lawrence Street, 4:25 p.m. Monday, mother and son fist fighting, advised.
