Assault, domestic violence — 500 block Township Road 1110 Proctorville, woman allegedly held down by sister-in-law while victim’s husband allegedly hit and kicked her repeatedly, Stacy L. Dunlap, 33, 517 Township Road 1110, Proctorville, and Christopher Dunlap, 37, Scott Depot, W.Va., both arrested and taken to jail.
