FOSTORIA - Police have taken about 70 complaints from people who have not received the Ohio State-Michigan football tickets they ordered from a man selling the seats online.

The complaints will be turned over to prosecutors for possible prosecution if the fans don't receive their tickets before Saturday's game in Ann Arbor, Mich., police said.

Mark West, 53, of Fostoria, told a Toledo television station on Monday that the tickets had been sent and anyone who did not receive them would be reimbursed.

A phone number could not be found Thursday to reach West for additional comment. He declined comment to The Review Times of Fostoria and did not return calls from The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer.

Buyers began complaining in September on the Internet auction site EBay that they hadn't received their Ohio State-Michigan tickets purchased from the seller Bullgog70, later identified as West. He replied that the tickets would not be available until two weeks before the game, buyers said.

Bullgog70 had previously sold items with good reviews from buyers, but was blocked from further sales after the complaints from ticket buyers, according to the eBay site.

Fostoria is about 35 miles south of Toledo.
