Domestic — Union Township, 7:25 p.m. Monday, man allegedly broke household items, chased woman to neighbor’s house when she tried to escape situation, threatened deputies, Chesapeake police officers and their families when arrested, forced deputies to carry him into the booking room upon arrival at jail, Robert R. Simpkins, 45, 40 Township Road 124, Chesapeake, charged with domestic violence disorderly conduct, disrupting public service.

Burglary — 1800 block County Road 1, South Point, 2:55 p.m. Monday, Playstation, PS3 game, taken from residence.

Theft — County Road 120N, South Point, 7:20 a.m. Monday, MP3 player, digital camera, debit card taken.
