Dog bite — Township Road 1203, Chesapeake Monday, man bitten by neighbor’s dog, taken to hospital.
Burglary — 200 block Township Road 1163, Proctorville Monday, television taken from residence.
Theft — 1000 block County Road 60, South Point, 9:50 p.m. Monday, deputy on patrol discovers truck loaded with scrap metal, conducts traffic stop, $3,000 in metal taken from Alpha Fabricating and Welding, Nicholas A. Kouns, 24, Catlettsburg, Ky., and Christopher Kiser, 30, Ashland, Ky., arrested and taken to jail.

— Christopher A. Smith, 23, 104 N. Jones St., Proctorville, theft Wednesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
— William L. Beck, 54, 96 Private Drive 6628, Proctorville, domestic violence Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
— Ladonna S. Taylor, 18, Louisa, Ky., domestic violence Tuesday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

Noise — 400 block South Fifth Street, 12:28 p.m. Wednesday, loud music, subjects advised to keep it down.
Stolen vehicle — 800 block South Sixth Street, 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, 2000 model white Ford Contour taken.
Uninvited person — 700 block Kemp Street, 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, lady on back porch begging for money and won’t leave, advised to leave.
Trouble — Sixth and Neal streets, 6:05 p.m. Wednesday, troublemakers left prior to officers’ arrival.
