Petty theft — 300 block of Private Drive 288, South Point, Wednesday, woman allegedly caught stealing iPod headphones from Walmart. Woman cited to court and released
Aggravated trespassing, disorderly conduct, possession of drugs — 1400 block of County Road 1, South Point, Thursday, 12:30 a.m., deputy responded to call from Ol’ Bottle, bar owners reported patron out of hand. Subject allegedly threatened bouncer after being asked to leave for shouting racial slurs at an African American patron. Subject left and was arrested at Grandview BP. Deputy reported finding air pistol in subject’s car and hydrocodone and oxycodone in subject’s pockets. Leon Adams, 52, of 1178 County Road 60, South Point, taken to jail.
Menacing — 14000 block State Route 141, Willow Wood, 12 p.m. Wednesday, Symmes Valley principal reported that one female student allegedly threatened to kill another female student. Juvenile cited to court and released to father.

Trouble — Etna Street Park, 8:21 p.m. Wednesday, caller reports woman screaming at people. Checked area, negative contact.
Robbery — BP, Park Avenue, 9:16 p.m. Wednesday, woman said ex-husband stole her money. Citation issued.
Breaking and entering in progress — 500 block North Fifth St., 11:44 p.m. Wednesday, caller reported a woman breaking into residence. Check area, negative contact.
Assault — 700 block South Third St., 11:04 a.m. Wednesday, attendant at Rich Gas Station reported man alleged he was assaulted and his dog was stolen. Subject bought beer and left.
Assault — 1400 block South Second St., 2:28 p.m. Wednesday, man alleged woman hit him in head with beer bottle. Woman advised.
Theft — BC Tools, 3:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers sent to BC Tools to take information for a report about a stolen weed eater.
Unruly — 1300 block South Ninth St, 5:32 p.m. Wednesday, woman needs to speak to officer. Woman reported her daughter is out of control and left. Parent advised to contact probate court.
Trouble — 1500 block South Fourth St., 6:38 p.m. Wednesday, man reported boy is swearing at him and climbing his fence and harassing him. Officer advised parent and juvenile.
