Barbara Anne Garrett Cyrus, 83, of Proctorville, died Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, West Virginia.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery in Huntington.

Visitation will 1–2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
