Russell William Parsons, 76, of Ironton, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025, at UK King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Funeral will be noon Friday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Dr. Kevin Willis officiating.  Burial will follow in Community Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6–8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m.–noon Friday at the funeral home.
