Paul L. Burgess, 79, of Crown City, died Friday, Jan. 10, 2025, in Arbors of Gallipolis, Gallipolis.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
