HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Men’s Basketball team (5-5) readies for home basketball games against the Ohio Bobcats (4-5) on Saturday at 4 p.m. and West Virginia Wesleyan (1-8) on Monday at 7 p.m.

PRE-GAME NOTES
- The Herd returns to Huntington after playing its last two contests on the road.
- Mikal Dawson registered his second contest of 20 or more points this season with 20 on Wednesday night at Wright State.
- Dawson has now led the team in scoring in four games this season.

ABOUT THE OHIO BOBCATS
- Ohio enters the contest on a two-game winning streak after taking down Robert Morris, 84-68, on November 30 and Morehead State, 88-76, on Saturday.
- AJ Clayton is averaging a team-high 16.2 points and 6.8 rebounds through the team’s first nine games. Clayton also leads the MAC with 17 blocks.
- With 42 assists, Jackson Paveletzke ranks second in the MAC early on in the season.
ABOUT THE WEST VIRGINIA BOBCATS
- West Virginia Wesleyan hosts Salem on Saturday before coming to Huntington as it sits on a seven-game losing streak.
- Alex Mirhosseini leads of a trio of Bobcat scorers at 17.4 points per game with a team-high 38 assists.
- Alex Gray leads his side with 7.3 rebounds per game.
