Wyngate celebrates Friendsgiving

Breakfast with Santa set for Saturday

ROME TOWNSHIP — The Wyngate at RiversEdge got an early start on the holiday on Nov. 26 by hosting a Friendsgiving dinner.

Cheryl Fuller, resident manager for the senior living community, said they prepared the meal for 165 people, including residents and family members.

The two-hour event was followed by a bingo session.

The Wyngate will be hosting a public event on Dec. 7, when they will have a Breakfast with Santa at 10:30 a.m. 

The event is free and open to the community.
