Donna Kay Williams, 69, of Proctorville, died Monday, Nov. 25, 2024, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Williams.

Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow the service at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller.

Visitation will be 10–11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
