David “Dave” Ramey, 56, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Monday, Aug. 12, 2024.

A Celebration of Life service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
