Carl Ray Mannon Jr., 59, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2024, at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

Visitation will be 6–8 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Proctorville.
