While there was frost on Monday morning, a surefire sign of warm weather took place, with the Rotary Fountain, at the intersection of Third and Center streets, Ironton, turned on. And, right on schedule, a regular visitor to the water was back: Cory, who routinely plays in the fountain and whose owners said they had been stopping by the spot daily to see if it had been turned on yet.
