Merle Webb

Merle Evelyn Webb, 89, of Pedro, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Harbor Health Care Center in Ironton.

She was born in Lawrence County on Oct. 21, 1934 to her late parents, Emmett Coffman and Mary (White) Coffman.

She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Lloyd Webb, in 2010.

Merle was a member of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church and graduated from Waterloo High School.

She took great pride in serving her church and being a housewife.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Marie Fern Coffman and Virgie Mae Sparks.

She is survived by her brothers, Charles Coffman and James (Joy) Coffman, both of Ironton.

Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday in Leatherwood Cemetery with Pastor Todd Warner officiating. Burial will follow.
