Sailyr Grace Hart, infant daughter of Jordan and Desiree Hart, died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia.

Private family services will be held.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial will be in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller.
